We compress time and bring the Aegean Sun to your tables. With our experienced and professional R&D and Quality Assurance teams, we produce the highest quality products under optimal conditions. Our carefully selected tomatoes are grown under the supervision of our R&D and Quality Assurance teams, from seed to harvest, by our contracted farmers. Once they reach full ripeness, they are brought to our drying stations spread across the Aegean region for sun drying.<\/p>

Hasat BNO grows, dries, and processes tomatoes with a monthly final product processing capacity of 200 tons. Sun-dried tomatoes are classified as halves, strips, cubes (ranging from 3×3 mm to 12×12 mm), 6 cuts, and 4 cuts. These varieties are marinated and rehydrated to be ready for consumption. Additionally, sun-dried tomatoes are also produced in granule and powder forms.<\/p>
